When I get your order: You will get a confirmation email with your actual total due and payment instructions. There is a $20.00 fee for bad checks and charge-backs.
When your order is ready: You will get another email. This one will have a link to preview your bracelet(s).
Once you give your approval: Your order will be sent using USPS first class mail. Insurance is available. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
If you need your order by a certain date: Please enter it in the "Date Needed" box and choose Priority Shipping.
If you want to make changes to your order:
When paying by check/money order, put a note in with your payment.
PayPal users email me within 24 hours.
There is a 15% fee for changes made after I have started your bracelet. This includes EXCHANGES.
Cancelling your order:
If you're paying by check/money order and you decide to cancel
after you've mailed your payment but before I've had time to get it, email me as soon as possible and I will return your check/money order when it comes in.
After I've received your payment (check/money order or PayPal) and you decide to cancel your order, please
let me know within 48 hours and I'll return your money. There is a 10% cancellation fee
after that time.
If I've already started your bracelet when you decide to cancel, there is a 10% re-stocking fee in addition to the cancellation fee. This 20% in fees also applies to REFUNDS.
5-year warranty against breakage: If your bracelet breaks during normal wear, return it and I'll repair it free of charge. This covers workmanship only, not the beads themselves. You pay shipping.
